We have today received official confirmation that Essex Comets have been awarded the
Charter Standards award from the Football Association, also we have been accredited the
Club SX award from Sport Essex. As the Club Secretary here at Essex Comets I would like to
say what a great honour it is to be granted these awards, it shows that we as a club are working
and heading in the right direction and will always continue to do so.

Goals from Ryan, Bari and Lawrence gave the Under 12's 3 points with a good 3-0 away win.
Under 17's earn a 1-1 draw away from home.

Here we have our up and comming youngsters.
We are looking to add a new under 8 team for next season (08/09), if you have a youngster interested in learning and playing in a fun and friendly enviorment, and currently in school year 2, contact us here at comets and start to enjoy playing football.
We also have a young starters section, we have places availible for boys and girls aged between 4 and 7. If you oulld like more information plaese contact us for details.
